Questions in comments and direct messages for a restaurant, beauty business, gym or local shop are often left until evening, and enquiries are missed. The plan is classified messages and reply drafts by morning. The time saving is an estimate, about 2–4 hours a week. Sending happens only after approval.

Facebook and Instagram messages are classified and reply drafts are prepared. Nothing is sent without approval. The agent is not built.

No unsolicited marketing messages, no direct-message campaigns, no TikTok in the first version, and no processing of health data.

Planned integration

A planned Meta Graph API for page comments, Messenger and Instagram messages. Messaging permissions were not verified and are not connected. Only ads read access was checked in this review.

Fallback

Parsing of notification emails and manual copy-and-paste.

What onboarding needs

pages_messaging, instagram_manage_messages and comment permissions, plus Meta app review. Reply windows still have to be confirmed. Access is not in place.

Limits

Messages contain personal data, so onboarding requires a processing agreement. A tone error in a public reply, and a crisis, go to a person. The integration is not built.
